GTE has successfully completed the design, fabrication, and supply of a 40m, 3-leg communication tower for a telecommunications project in Tonga.
The client required a robust yet cost-effective structure capable of supporting antenna equipment in a remote island environment. Our engineering team developed a 3-leg lattice tower that balances structural strength with efficient material use, reducing both shipping weight and on-site assembly complexity. The tower was hot-dip galvanized to withstand Tonga's tropical marine climate, where salt-laden air and high humidity demand exceptional corrosion protection.
We are honored to contribute to the expansion of communication networks in the Pacific region and look forward to supporting future infrastructure projects in Tonga and beyond.
